用非高渗透压培养基培养具有多重耐药性的淋球菌菌株,观察其在培养基内自发或在抗生素作用下L型的形成情况以及淋球菌稳定L型的基因鉴定方法,探讨淋球菌L型的形成条件、生物学特性以及与慢性淋病的关系及其病原学诊断的问题。结果表明,淋球菌的多重耐药性菌株在不含血清的非高渗透压液体培养基内能够良好生长,并且能够自发形成L型或在高浓度羧苄青霉素的作用下形成L型。淋球菌L型的形态高度不规则、体积巨大但能够通过0.22μm孔径的滤菌器。淋球菌的稳定L型不能自发返祖,以致难以采用常规细菌学方法进行鉴定。但这些稳定L型能够与淋球菌特异性聚合酶链反应(PCR),因此可用非高渗透压分离培养的方法分离淋球菌及其L型和基因诊断的方法对其进行菌种或菌型的特异性鉴定。
