原发性纵隔生殖细胞瘤临床上较为少见,生殖细胞瘤主要发生在性腺,在成人恶性生殖细胞瘤约2%～5%发生在性腺外[1],并且主要沿人体中线发生。目前国内仅见10例以下的报道,现将我科1990年1月—2003年9月收治的原发性纵隔生殖细胞瘤103例手术治疗结果报道如下。临床资料1.一般资料:
Primary mediastinal germinomas are relatively rare in clinical practice. Germ cell tumors occur mainly in the gonads. About 2% to 5% of adult germ cell tumors occur outside the gonads [1] and occur mainly along the midline of the human body.
