采用乙醇、石油醚、水对落花生(Arachis hypogaca L.)的叶子进行提取,将提取物分别对18g至22g的小白鼠进行灌胃,药物剂量为2.5g/kg,并以等容量蒸馏水作对照组进行试验。结果表明,三种花生叶的提取物均有使小白鼠活动减少、安定、睡眠作用,平均睡眠时间为35±7.3m i n。仿文献资料制成滚棒,16r/min的速度转动。将已训练合格的体重为18~22g的小白鼠分为4组,第1组以等容量蒸馏水灌胃作对照,第2组至4组分别给花生叶醇提取物、石油醚提取物及水提取物2.5g/kg灌胃,结果堕落率:蒸馏水组为零,花生叶醇提物组为60%(P<0.005)、石油醚提取物组为60%(P<0.005)、水提取物组为50%(P<0.01)。说明花生叶的各种提取物均影响小白鼠的被动活动。从安全试验表明,花生叶具有毒性小,安全范围大的特点。
The leaves of Arachis hypogaca L. were extracted with ethanol, petroleum ether, and water. The extracts were intragastrically administered to 18 g to 22 g mice. The dose was 2.5 g/kg, and distilled water of equal volume was used as a control. The group was tested. The results showed that the extracts of three kinds of peanut leaves had reduced activity, stability, and sleepiness of mice, and the average sleep time was 35±7.3m i n . The bibliographic data was made into a roller and rotated at a speed of 16r/min. The trained white rats with a body weight of 18-22 g were divided into 4 groups. The first group was fed with equal volume distilled water as a control, and the second group was given four groups of peony leaf alcohol extracts, petroleum ether extracts and water. Extract 2.5 g/kg gavage, the results of the slump rate: distilled water group was zero, 60% (P<0.005) in the ethanol extract group, 60% (P<0.005) in the petroleum ether extract group, and water extract The group was 50% (P<0.01). It was demonstrated that various extracts of peanut leaves affected the passive activity of mice. From the safety test, peanut leaves have the characteristics of low toxicity and large safety range.
