In 2006, the national college entrance examination science comprehensive ability test (Jiangxi volume) biological test questions, compared with the 2005 college entrance examination biology comprehensive test questions, on the whole, relatively stable. The paper embodies the competence requirements of the Outline of Exam for the 2006 Comprehensive Biology Department. The examination content is consistent with the examination scope stipulated in the Examination Outline. There are no strange or partial problems. From the sampling results, the objective difficulty value is 0.690, which is an easy problem. The subjective difficulty is 0.21, which is a difficult problem. The total biological difficulty level value is 0.41, and the degree of discrimination is good. The test questions meet the requirements of the college entrance examination and selection personnel. This year, two subjective questions are open-ended experiments that examine students’ ability to use biological knowledge to solve biological problems and facts.
