教师,作为知识的传授者,在人类社会发展中具有起到了重要的作用。教师的教学能力决定了学生对知识掌握的效率和质量,而教师的专业素养决定了教学能力强弱。因此,建立有效的素养培养机制,以充分调动教师自身的积极性、主动性和创造性是非常必要的。本研究结合初中数学教学实际情况,提出“四自主”教育模式,通过对其意义、研究现状、素养培养策略等进行分析,从而指出“四自主”教育模式是一套新兴有效的教育模式,尚存许多不足之处,有待日后工作中弥补改进。
As a teacher of knowledge, teachers play an important role in the development of human society. Teachers’ teaching ability determines the efficiency and quality of students’ mastery of knowledge, and teachers’ professionalism determines the teaching ability. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish an effective mechanism to train students to fully mobilize their own enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Based on the actual situation of mathematics teaching in junior high school, this study puts forward the education mode of “Four Independences” and analyzes its meaning, research status and cultivation strategy of literacy. It points out that “Four Independences” education mode is a set of new and effective Education model, there are still many deficiencies, pending future work to make up for improvement.
