目的:系统研究了广东海康金星农场栽培的21种桉叶的微量元素含量并讨论不同种之间含量的差异,它对桉叶在医药、农业、畜牧业在实用方面有重要的参考价值,对桉树栽培营养施肥方面有重要指导作用。方法:桉树品种均经华南亚热带作物研究所做了鉴定。按中药测定微量元素的常规方法,经预处理和湿式消化后,用WFX-1D型原子吸收分光光度计测定,精确度为x±s/10-6g(μg/g)。结果:雷州半岛的21种桉叶中的12种微量元素(Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Pb、Mg、K、Mn、Ni、As、Cr、Na)的含量中Fe、Ca、Mg、K、Nn、Na等六种微量元素比其它五种微量元素高2~3个数量级。结论:Mn、Fe、Ca是人体必需的重要微量元素。桉叶中的Fe、Ca、Mn与大量黄酮类化合物形成络合物,故易为人体及动物吸收利用。从微量元素的角度来看,桉叶作为中药和饲料添加剂是适合的。
OBJECTIVE: To systematically study the trace element contents of 21 kinds of eucalyptus leaves cultivated by Venus farm in Haikang, Guangdong, and to discuss the differences of contents among different species, it has important reference value in practical application of medicine, agriculture and livestock husbandry, Eucalyptus cultivation of nutrients and fertilizers have an important guiding role. Methods: Eucalyptus species were identified by the South China Subtropical Crop Research Institute. According to the traditional method for the determination of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine, after pre-treatment and wet digestion, the accuracy is x ± s / 10-6g (μg / g) with a WFX-1D atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Results: The contents of Fe, Ca, Mg, K in 12 kinds of trace elements (Zn, Cu, Fe, Ca, Pb, Mg, K, Mn, Ni, As, Cr and Na) , Nn, Na and other six kinds of trace elements than the other five trace elements 2 to 3 orders of magnitude. Conclusion: Mn, Fe, Ca are essential trace elements for the human body. Eucalyptus leaves of Fe, Ca, Mn and a large number of flavonoids form complexes, it is easy for the human body and animal absorption and utilization. From the point of view of trace elements, eucalyptus leaves are suitable as traditional Chinese medicine and feed additives.
