目的 获得婴幼儿脑积水的B超与CT 测量相关性测量值,统一两种检查手段对婴幼儿脑积水的诊断标准。方法 对152 例婴儿脑积水进行了B超与CT的对照观察,对其中114 例脑室可分辨者进行了对照测量及相关分析。结果 传统的测量方法,CT对轻度脑积水全部漏诊,对中度脑积水87 % 漏诊,而对重度脑积水的诊断B超与CT 均达100 % 。通过对照测量和相关分析,轻、中度脑积水的B超与CT各测量值除侧脑室体部宽度差别有显著意义(P< 0-01)外;其他各测量值差别均无显著意义( P> 0-05) ;但是,轻中度脑积水各测量值均与重度脑积水差别有显著意义( P< 0-01) 。结论 对轻度脑积水的诊断B超优于CT,本文获得的婴幼儿脑积水相关性测量值,对统一两种检查手段对婴幼儿脑积水的诊断标准有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To obtain the measurement of the correlation between B ultrasound and CT measurement in infants hydrocephalus and to unify the diagnostic criteria of two examination methods on hydrocephalus in infants and young children. Methods A total of 152 infants with hydrocephalus were observed by B-ultrasound and CT. One hundred and seventy-four patients with intracerebral ventricular resolution were measured and correlated with each other. Results The traditional method of measurement, CT all missed the diagnosis of mild hydrocephalus, misdiagnosis 87% of moderate hydrocephalus, and 100% of the diagnosis of severe hydrocephalus B ultrasound and CT. Through the comparison of measurement and correlation analysis, there was significant difference (except P <0-01) between the measured value of B-mode ultrasonography and CT in mild and moderate hydrocephalus except for the width of lateral ventricle. There was no significant difference between the other measurements (P> 0-05). However, there was a significant difference between the measurements of mild to moderate hydrocephalus and severe hydrocephalus (P <0-01). Conclusions The diagnosis of mild hydrocephalus is superior to CT in diagnosing mild hydrocephalus. The measured hydrocephalus in infants and young children obtained in this paper is of great significance for the diagnostic criteria of hydrocephalus for infants and young children by the two methods.
