行走装置作为动臂异步升降变位机的核心组成部件之一,其工作性能的好坏将直接影响动臂的焊接效率。针对传动部件和安全部件设计中常出现的问题,结合动臂的焊接工艺特点,对行走轮进行了受力分析和计算,改进了传统的夹轨器。从性能优势出发,介绍转矩限止器的工作原理和选型过程。整机通过近三年时间的市场验证,收到良好的效果。
As one of the core components of the ascending and descending positioner of the boom, the running performance of the walking device will directly affect the welding efficiency of the boom.
