以?240 mm新型高强耐蚀合金铸锭为原料,经过开坯、拉拔、铺毡、烧结等工序制备出了金属滤材,系统研究了滤材的高温抗氧化性能、高温拉伸性能及过滤性能。结果表明:合金滤材在700℃为抗氧化级别,700℃以下具有良好的抗氧化性能;当温度由室温逐渐升高到650℃时,合金滤材的抗拉强度呈线性降低;合金伸长率在低于150℃时下降缓慢,150~450℃时下降迅速,而高于450℃时,伸长率下降趋势又显著减小;过滤风速为1.5 m/min及5.0 m/min时,新型高强耐蚀合金滤材对粒径大于0.5μm的粉尘的过滤效率均超过98%,出口粉尘浓度仅为0.5 mg/m~3,可完全满足冶金、化工、能源等领域对于大气污染物排放的标准。
