利用在真空感应炉中使氢与GH132合金液平衡的方法得到不同氢含量的锭子,研究了铸锭氢含量对GH132合金中温塑性的影响。结果表明,铸锭氢含量不同(2.0—19.6ml/100g),但试棒氢含量被降至同一水平(0.5ml/100g左右)时,合金的塑性相近,均不产生中温低塑性区。研究了微量Pb对GH132合金中温塑性的影响,发现大于2ppm的Pb便急剧恶化GH132合金的中温塑性,导致中温低塑性区的产生。Pb的有害作用可解释为降低晶界强度及等强温度。
The spindle with different hydrogen content was obtained by balancing hydrogen and GH132 alloy in vacuum induction furnace. The effect of hydrogen content in ingot on the temperature plasticity of GH132 alloy was studied. The results show that the hydrogen content of the ingot is different (2.0-19.6ml / 100g), but the hydrogen content of the test bar is reduced to the same level (about 0.5ml / 100g). The effect of trace Pb on the ductility of GH132 alloy was investigated. It was found that Pb greater than 2 ppm abruptly deteriorated the mid-temperature ductility of GH132 alloy, resulting in the formation of low-ductility zone at medium temperature. The deleterious effects of Pb can be explained by the reduction of the grain boundary strength and the isothermal temperature.
