乳房良性疾病以纤维囊性增生病(FCD)和纤维腺瘤多见。目前尚无确切的治疗方法。本文收集自1987～1988年20例乳房良性疾病,应用溴隐亭治疗,剂量5毫克/日,3个月为1疗程。18例病人完成治疗,随访FCD12例,纤维腺瘤6例。总有效率为77.8%,其中FCD83.3%、纤维腺瘤66.7%。随访0.5～1年无复发。5例病人发生副反应,2例需停药。主要为胃肠道反应和直立性低血压症状。
Breast benign diseases with fibrocystic proliferative disease (FCD) and fibroadenosis more common. There is no definitive treatment yet. This article collected from 1987 to 1988 20 cases of benign breast disease, the application of bromocriptine treatment, a dose of 5 mg / day, 3 months for a course of treatment. Eighteen patients completed treatment, follow-up FCD 12 cases, 6 cases of fibroadenoma. The total effective rate was 77.8%, of which F83.8%, fibroadenoma 66.7%.
