应用X射线衍射方法,首先研究工业用Fe-Mo-Al_2O_3加氢脱硫催化剂的各种物相组成,接着寻找直接和催化活性有关的物相成分.研究结果表明:第一,工业用Fe-Mo-Al_2O_3加氢脱硫催化剂是一种多相混合物,它含有α-FeMoO_4、β-FeMoO_4、γ-AlOOH和FeOOH等四种主要相成分.第二,β-FeMoO_4的晶粒度大小可能对催化活性有一定的影响.第三,在研究几种Fe-Mo-Al_2O_3催化剂样品中,随着Fe-Mo-Al_2O_3加氢脱硫催化剂中铁含量增大和FeOOH含量增多,催化剂比表面增大.
X-ray diffraction method was used to study the phase composition of the industrial Fe-Mo-Al 2 O 3 hydrodesulfurization catalyst and then to find out the phase components directly related to the catalytic activity.The results show that: First, the industrial use of Fe-Mo -Al_2O_3 hydrodesulfurization catalyst is a heterogeneous mixture containing four main phase components, α-FeMoO_4, β-FeMoO_4, γ-AlOOH and FeOOH.Secondly, the grain size of β-FeMoO_4 may affect the catalytic activity Have certain effect.Finally, in the study of several Fe-Mo-Al 2 O 3 catalyst samples, with the increase of Fe content and FeOOH content in the Fe-Mo-Al 2 O 3 hydrodesulfurization catalyst, the specific surface area of the catalyst increases.
