目的观察三种消毒剂对乙肝病毒污染的口腔印模浸泡消毒效果。方法采用固相放射免疫法,对消毒液浸泡消毒60只印模灭活乙肝病毒的效果进行了检测。结果用浓度为2 000 mg/L过氧乙酸溶液浸泡作用10 min和含量2 500 mg/L强化戊二醛溶液浸泡作用20 min,均可完全破坏污染在印模上的乙肝表面抗原。用含有效碘5 000 mg/L碘伏水溶液浸泡作用20 min,不能完全灭活乙型肝炎表面抗原。结论使用浓度的过氧乙酸和戊二醛浸泡消毒,可以有效灭活口腔印模上污染的乙型肝炎表面抗原。
Objective To observe the effect of three kinds of disinfectants on the disinfection of oral impressions of hepatitis B virus. Methods Solid-phase radioimmunoassay was used to detect the effect of disinfecting 60 stamps inactivated hepatitis B virus (HBV). Results The soaking effect of glutaraldehyde solution with 2 000 mg / L peracetic acid solution for 10 min and glutaric dialdehyde solution with concentration of 2 500 mg / L for 20 min could completely destroy the surface antigen of hepatitis B virus that was contaminated on impression. With effective iodine 5 000 mg / L iodophor solution immersion for 20 min, can not completely inactivated hepatitis B surface antigen. Conclusion The use of a concentration of peracetic acid and glutaraldehyde immersion disinfection can effectively inactivate contaminated hepatitis B surface antigen on the oral impression.
