目的探讨结核性脑膜炎(简称结脑)患者中枢神经免疫异常情况。方法用免疫火箭电泳法对80例结脑患者的血清、脑脊液配对标本进行γ-免疫球蛋白(IgG)、白蛋白(A lb)检测,并计算出中枢神经系统24小时IgG合成率(IgG-syn)。结果结脑组脑脊液A lb、IgG、IgG-syn均明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并且病情中、重组脑脊液A lb、IgG、A lbc/A lbs、IgG-syn明显高于病情轻组(P<0.01)。结论IgG-syn可作为结脑诊断的辅助指标,并可作为严重程度和预后判断的实验室指标。
Objective To investigate the central nervous system immunodeficiency in patients with tuberculous meningitis (referred to as tuberculous meningitis). Methods Serum and cerebrospinal fluid samples from 80 patients with tuberculous meningitis were detected by immunoelectrical rocket electrophoresis. Γ-immunoglobulin (IgG) and albumin (Alb) were measured. The rate of IgG synthesis in the central nervous system at 24 hours was calculated (IgG- syn). Results The levels of CSF, IgG1 and IgG-syn in the cerebrospinal fluid of the Jiena group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the levels of IgG1, IgG1, IgG1 and IgG1 in the CSF were significantly higher than those in the control group Group (P <0.01). Conclusions IgG-syn can be used as an auxiliary index for diagnosis of tuberculosis and can be used as a laboratory index for judging the severity and prognosis.
