图书馆服务围绕以人为中心在不断发展,从最初的守着藏书工作到现在面向广大读者提供更多更优质的服务,无不体现出图书馆服务理念的不断进步。图书馆与读者之间会产生矛盾,处理这些矛盾需要建立图书馆与读者之间的互动系统,移动通讯工具手机的出现为建立这种互动系统提供了强有力的支持。当代高校图书馆应不断提高自身的技术能力,以提供优质服务为目标,在校园中展开营销活动。
Library services around the continuous development of people-centered, from the initial guarding the collection of books to the present readers to provide more and better services, all reflect the continuous improvement of the concept of library services. Conflicts arise between libraries and readers. Handling these contradictions requires the establishment of an interactive system between libraries and readers. The emergence of mobile phone handsets has provided strong support for the establishment of this interactive system. Contemporary university libraries should continuously improve their technical capabilities, and provide quality services as the goal, to carry out marketing activities in the campus.
