使用Any Casting铸造模拟软件对不同浇注温度的HT300灰铸铁大型机床床身铸造过程的温度场进行了模拟。结果表明,铸造过程中金属液温度沿流动方向逐渐降低,最低温度位于中间部位,最高温度位于两侧浇口附近;随着浇注温度提高,相同充型时间内高温区域扩大,金属液凝固率下降,充型结束时浇冒口温度提高,有助于补缩和铸件的顺序凝固。在两种浇注温度条件下最先发生凝固的部位基本一致,最终凝固部位略有差异;随着浇注温度提高,凝固时间逐渐延长,但温度达到1385℃以上时,继续提高浇注温度对于凝固时间的影响较小。
The temperature field of the casting process of HT300 gray cast iron with different pouring temperature was simulated by using Any Casting casting simulation software.
