目的:建立高效液相色谱-电喷雾检测器(HPLC-CAD)同时测定蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖含量的方法。方法:使用Alltech Prevail carbohydrate ES(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(70∶30),流速为0.8 ml·min~(-1),柱温为30℃,采用电喷雾检测器进行检测。结果:各分析物分离完全,线性关系良好,各相关系数均在0.999 8以上,加样回收率在96.94%~99.23%,检测限为0.93~1.85 mg·L~(-1)。结论:所建立的方法灵敏度高,准确性、重复性良好,具有操作简单、节省时间、环保等特点,可用于蜂蜜中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of fructose, glucose, sucrose and maltose in honey by high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization detector (HPLC-CAD). Methods: Alltech Prevail carbohydrate ES (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (70:30), the flow rate was 0.8 ml · min -1 and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Electrospray detector for testing. Results: The analytes were separated completely and the linearity was good. The correlation coefficients were all above 0.999 8, the recoveries were 96.94% -99.23%, and the limits of detection were 0.93-1.85 mg · L -1. Conclusion: The established method has the advantages of high sensitivity, accuracy and repeatability. It has the characteristics of simple operation, time saving and environmental protection. It can be used for the quality control of fructose, glucose, sucrose and maltose in honey.
