企业文化的形成在很大程度上要与企业的人力资源管理相结合,如此才能将抽象的企业文化的核心内容——价值观通过与具体的管理行为相结合,真正得到员工的认同。本文通过对企业文化的概念和构成理念进行了分析,并提出了构建优秀企业文化的系列措施,对如何树立良好的企业外部形象起到一定的借鉴作用。
To a large extent, the formation of corporate culture should be combined with the human resource management of enterprises, so that the core content of the abstract corporate culture - values can be combined with specific management practices and truly get the staff’s approval. This paper analyzes the concept and composition of corporate culture, and puts forward a series of measures to build a good corporate culture, which plays a certain reference role for how to establish a good corporate image.
