目的建立婴儿奶瓶及尿液中双酚A的固相萃取-高效液相色谱法。方法奶瓶经过一定温度浸泡,将溶出的双酚A经固相萃取,甲醇提取,优化HPLC-荧光法进行检测;用β-葡萄糖酸酐酶、硫酸酯酶水解婴儿尿液中的结合型双酚A,酶解后溶液采用固相萃取柱浓缩、富集和净化,优化HPLC-荧光法进行检测。结果方法的线性范围为0.05~1.0 mg/L,检出限为0.0003 mg/L,加标回收率为71.3%~101.2%。结论该方法测定婴儿奶瓶和尿液中双酚A,具有较高灵敏度、精密度。运用该方法进行实际样品的检测,得到一些非常有价值的科研数据。
Objective To establish a solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) of bisphenol A in baby bottles and urine. Methods The baby bottle was immersed in a certain temperature, the dissolved bisphenol A was detected by solid-phase extraction, methanol extraction and optimized HPLC-fluorescence method. The β-glucanase and sulfatase were used to hydrolyze the bound bisphenol A After the enzymatic hydrolysis, the solid phase extraction column was used for concentration, enrichment and purification, and the optimized HPLC-fluorescence method was used for detection. Results The linear range of the method was 0.05-1.0 mg / L, the detection limit was 0.0003 mg / L, and the recoveries were 71.3% -101.2%. Conclusion The method for the determination of bisphenol A in baby bottles and urine has high sensitivity and precision. Using this method to test the actual sample, we get some very valuable scientific research data.
