打桩迄今仍作为深基础施工中最常用的方法。但打桩产生剧烈的挤土作用,使邻近建筑物的地基和地下设施等发生很大的影响,甚至遭到破坏。尤其在城市密集建筑群中进行打桩,已成为一种建筑公害,引起了各方面相当关注。毫无疑问,发展各种类型的灌注桩,能够解决这一问题;但是,作者认为还有其他方法。例如,可以通过事先预估打桩对周围影响的程度,然后采取一系列的适当的预防措施,以缓解或减少这一问题的影响,仍不失为当前灌注桩还没有普及的实际情况下的一个好方
Piling has so far been the most commonly used method in deep foundation construction. However, the driving of piles caused a strong squeezing effect, which caused great impact on the foundations and underground facilities of neighboring buildings, and even destroyed them. In particular, piling in urban dense buildings has become a form of public hazard and has attracted considerable attention in all aspects. There is no doubt that the development of various types of cast-in-place piles can solve this problem; however, the author believes that there are other methods. For example, it is possible to mitigate or reduce the impact of this problem by estimating in advance the degree of impact of piling on the surrounding area and then adopting a series of appropriate preventive measures. This is still a good solution to the actual situation where perforated piles have not yet been popularized.
