以枸杞多糖和三氯化铁为原料,合成枸杞多糖铁配合物,产率为39.75%。应用原子吸收光谱法测定配合物中铁含量,为36.71 mg/g。利用紫外-可见光谱、红外光谱两种表征手段,证实了枸杞多糖铁配合物的合成。采用邻苯三酚自氧化法、DPPH法测定枸杞多糖铁的抗氧化能力。结果表明,在试验设置的浓度范围内,枸杞多糖铁的抗氧化能力随着浓度的增加而增加,且枸杞多糖铁的抗氧化能力高于枸杞多糖。2.0 mg/m L的枸杞多糖铁对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率为58.25%,对DPPH自由基的清除率为48.76%。枸杞多糖铁配合物有望开发成为一种具有多重保健功能的生物多糖型补铁剂。
Using lycium barbarum polysaccharide and ferric chloride as raw materials, lycium barbarum polysaccharide iron complex was synthesized with the yield of 39.75%. The content of iron in the complex was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, which was 36.71 mg / g. The use of UV-Vis spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy two kinds of characterization means, confirmed the LBP synthesis of iron complexes. Using pyrogallol autoxidation method, DPPH method for the determination of the antioxidant capacity of LBP. The results showed that the antioxidant capacity of LBP increased with the increase of concentration within the experimental concentration range, and the antioxidant capacity of LBP was higher than that of LBP. The clearance of superoxide anion radical was 58.25% and that of DPPH radical was 48.76% at 2.0 mg / m L of LBP. Lycium barbarum polysaccharide iron complex is expected to develop into a bio-polysaccharide iron supplements with multiple health care functions.
