着眼双轮铣槽机中的泥浆泵吸系统,针对该系统的负载——泥浆管内的固液两相流进行研究,分析了该段流体在主要工况下的流动状态以及相应的管内固液两相流模型,进而使用FLUENT软件进行数值模拟,得到了在不同流量和浓度下压力场分布和管内压力损失,对于泥浆泵的选型和控制提供借鉴和参考。
Focusing on the mud pumping system in the two-wheel milling machine, the solid-liquid two-phase flow in the load-slurry pipe of the system is studied. The flow state of the fluid in the main working conditions and the corresponding solid- Two-phase flow model, and then use FLUENT software for numerical simulation, obtained under different flow and concentration pressure field distribution and pressure loss within the pipe for the mud pump selection and control to provide reference and reference.
