晶体旋转法是测试液晶分子预倾角的常用方法,但由于需要制备较厚的样品,使用上有很多不便。本文通过叠加一适当位相差,改进了晶体旋转测试液晶分子预倾角的方法,使用于测试较厚液晶盒中预倾角的系统在测试相当于产品厚度的样品时,保持了较高的测试精度。
The crystal rotation method is a commonly used method for testing the pretilt angle of liquid crystal molecules. However, there is a lot of inconvenience in use due to the need to prepare thick samples. In this paper, the method of pre-tilt of liquid crystal molecules by crystal rotation is improved by superimposing a proper phase difference. The system used for testing the pre-tilt in thick liquid crystal cell maintains a high test precision when testing the sample equivalent to the product thickness.
