目的对溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐的毒理学安全性进行初步评价。方法采用急性经口毒性试验,急性经皮毒性试验,眼刺激试验,多次皮肤刺激试验,致敏试验和28天反复吸入毒性试验,对溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐进行毒理学评价。结果溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐急性经口LD50大于5 000 mg/kg,急性经皮LD50大于5 000 mg/kg,对眼有轻微刺激性;无皮肤刺激性,为弱致敏物。28天毒性试验表明模拟人类使用环境,置于悬挂溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐中的实验动物无明显不良影响。结论溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐对实验动物无明显毒性,但如何全面评价溴氰菊酯处理蚊帐的安全性有待进一步探索。
Objective To evaluate the toxicological safety of deltamethrin on mosquito nets. Methods Toxicological evaluation of deltamethrin-treated mosquito nets was conducted using acute oral toxicity test, acute dermal toxicity test, eye irritation test, multiple skin irritation test, sensitization test and repeated inhalation toxicity test for 28 days. The results of deltamethrin treatment nets acute oral LD50 greater than 5 000 mg / kg, acute dermal LD50 greater than 5 000 mg / kg, slightly irritating to the eye; no skin irritation, weak allergens. The 28-day toxicity test showed no significant adverse effects on laboratory animals that were placed in deltamethrin-treated mosquito nets simulating human use. Conclusion The treatment of mosquito nets with deltamethrin has no obvious toxicity to laboratory animals, but how to evaluate the safety of mosquito nets with deltamethrin remains to be further explored.
