目的探讨循证护理与健康教育对精神分裂症患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取徐州精神病院2015—2016年收治的住院精神分裂症患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组患者采用常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上加施循证护理与健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后个人整洁、社会兴趣、社会能力、激怒、抑郁与精神症状及治疗依从性。结果干预前,两组患者个人整洁、社会兴趣、社会能力、激怒、抑郁与精神症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组患者个人整洁、社会兴趣、社会能力评分高于对照组,激怒、抑郁与精神症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗依从性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理与健康教育可大幅度提高患者的自我管理能力,降低心理与精神症状,明显提高患者治疗依从性。
Objective To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing and health education on the treatment compliance of schizophrenia patients. Methods Sixty inpatients with schizophrenia admitted in Xuzhou Psychiatric Hospital between 2015 and 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing. Patients in the test group were given evidence-based nursing and health education on the basis of the control group. The personal cleanliness, social interests, social skills, anger, depression and psychiatric symptoms and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in personal cleanliness, social interest, social ability, irritability, depression and mental symptom scores (P> 0.05); after the intervention, the personal cleanliness, social interest and social ability The score was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of irritation, depression and mental symptoms were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The compliance of treatment group was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based nursing and health education can significantly improve patients’ self-management ability, reduce mental and psychiatric symptoms, and significantly improve patient compliance.
