目的:分析儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患者中血浆同型半胱氨酸(p-Hcy),血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)水平的测定及临床意义,探讨其在临床中的利用价值。方法:应用循环酶法、免疫射散法、全自动生化分析仪检测和生化法测定82例急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALLgroup)化疗前、缓解后以及同期的46例健康儿童(CONgroup)血液中p-Hcy、hs-CRP、LDH和TSGF水平。结果:儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病初治时p-Hcy、hs-CRP、LDH和TSGF水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),完全缓解后p-Hcy、hs-CRP、LDH和TSGF水平显著低于初治时水平(P<0.05),ALL患儿化疗前后p-Hcy与TSGF成正相关(r=0.723,P<0.05),p-Hcy与LDH成正相关(r=0.818,P<0.01),p-Hcy与hs-CRP成正相关(r=0.822,P<0.01)。结论:p-Hcy、LDH、hs-CRP及TSGF对于儿童急性白血病、病情监测、化疗疗效和预后判断有一定作用,有望成为ALL诊断及治疗的联合应用指标。
Objective: To analyze the changes of plasma homocysteine (p-Hcy), serum hs-CRP, LDH and tumor-specific growth in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) Factor (TSGF) levels and clinical significance, to explore its value in the clinical use. Methods: A total of 82 healthy children (CONgroup) were enrolled in this study. The concentrations of p-actin in CONgroup were measured before and after the chemotherapy with 82 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALLgroup) Hcy, hs-CRP, LDH and TSGF levels. Results: The levels of p-Hcy, hs-CRP, LDH and TSGF were significantly higher in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). The levels of p-Hcy, hs-CRP, The level of p-Hcy was positively correlated with TSGF (r = 0.723, P <0.05), and p-Hcy was positively correlated with LDH (r = 0.818, P <0.01) , p-Hcy and hs-CRP were positively correlated (r = 0.822, P <0.01). Conclusions: The levels of p-Hcy, LDH, hs-CRP and TSGF play an important role in children with acute leukemia, condition monitoring, chemotherapy efficacy and prognosis. It is expected to become a combined application of diagnosis and treatment of ALL.
