The management of modern hospitals requires improving the quality of outpatient services. The most crucial point is to shorten the time for patient visits and improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment. The advent of outpatient booking centers has greatly simplified the procedure and facilitated patients. This article compares the old and new booking patterns and discusses the role and development prospects of outpatient reservation centers.
