近年来,我国越来越重视对应用型人才的培养,因此,中职学校发展十分迅速。但是随之而来的就是中职学校行政管理出现了诸多问题。为了适应市场经济条件下企业对人才的需求以及职业岗位多变的需求,我国中职学校加强行政管理改革显得十分重要。本文就是针对中职学校行政管理工作展开分析和研究,并分析在中职学校行政管理工作中出现的诸多问题,然后就这些问题提出相应的改革策略和创新措施。 In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the training of applied talents in our country. Therefore, the development of secondary vocational schools is very rapid. But what followed was that there were many problems in the administration of secondary vocational schools. In order to meet the needs of the enterprises in the market economy and the changing needs of occupational positions, it is very important for secondary vocational schools in our country to strengthen the administrative reform. This paper analyzes and researches the administrative management in secondary vocational schools and analyzes many problems that appear in the administrative management of secondary vocational schools. Then it puts forward corresponding reform strategies and innovations on these issues.
