近日,中共中央、国务院印发了《关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》,这是今后一个时期中小学校思想道德建设的纲领性文件,为我们进一步加强与改进学校德育工作指明了方向。这也从一个侧面表明,对社会转型期的青少年思想道德状况的忧虑与思考,已经成为整个国家尤其是教育工作者责无旁贷的历史使命。 然而,要把德育工作做到学生心里,我们就要认真思考:处于这一深刻变化时代的青少年究竟需要什么?他们的价值取向如何?他们的思想道德有哪些新特点?影响学校德育成效的内、外部障碍究竟是什么?如何突破当前思想道德教育的瓶颈,使学校德育工作更加人性化,贴近未成年人的思想道德实际,贴近未成年人的生活实际,贴近未成年人的主体需求? 我刊将定期推出“未成年人思想道德建设”专栏,希望藉此进一步深化对未成年人思想道德建设的研究。欢迎广大读者踊跃赐航稿。
