高浊度水处理多年来一直以含沙量(质量浓度)为基本参数来确定混凝剂投量。在实际中当浓度相同而水中泥沙颗粒组成等因素不同时,投药量相差比较悬殊。本文通过试验探索了投药量与颗粒因素的关系,对现有的一些确定投药量的理论及方法作了分析,确定了投药量与水中泥沙颗粒总表面积的关系,得出了精确度较好的经验公式,为高浊度水处理的试验研究、设计及运行管理提出了一个新的方法。
High turbidity water treatment has been based on sediment concentration (mass concentration) for a number of years to determine the amount of coagulant dosage. In practice, when the concentration is the same and the composition of sediment particles in the water is different, the difference in dosage is quite different. In this paper, the relationship between the dosage and the particle factor was explored through experiments, and some existing theories and methods for determining the dosage were analyzed. The relationship between the dosage and the total surface area of sediment particles in water was determined, and the accuracy was better. The empirical formula proposed a new method for experimental research, design and operation management of high turbidity water treatment.
