在‘苹果梨’花芽分化期观察的基础上,对花芽分化期叶片中内源激素Z(玉米素)、ZR(玉米素核苷)、IAA(吲哚乙酸)、GA3(赤霉素)、ABA(脱落酸)含量和DNA、RNA含量变化进行了研究。结果表明,花芽分化期需要有高水平的Z、ZR,低水平的IAA和高水平的Z/GA3、ZR/GA3、Z/IAA、ZR/IAA、Z/ABA比值,相应有高水平的DNA、RNA及RNA/DNA比值。ABA、GA3在不同时期变化不一。
Based on the observation of flower bud differentiation in ’Pingguoli’, the effects of endogenous hormones Z (zeatin), ZR (zeatin riboside), IAA (indole acetic acid), GA3 ABA (abscisic acid) content and DNA, RNA content were studied. The results showed that high levels of Z, ZR, low levels of IAA and high levels of Z / GA3, ZR / GA3, Z / IAA, ZR / IAA and Z / ABA ratios were required for flower bud differentiation with correspondingly high levels of DNA , RNA and RNA / DNA ratio.
