随着社会经济的不断发展与进步,企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈。国有企业在我国社会主义市场经济发展中起到重要的支撑作用,其有效的缓解了社会就业所带来的压力,维护了我国社会的稳定。企业之间的竞争也是人力资源的竞争,要想提高国有企业的经济效益,增强企业竞争力,必须要提高人力资源管理的能力。本文简要分析了国有企业人力资源管理现状以及现代人力资源管理对国有企业的影响。
With the constant development and progress of social economy, the competition among enterprises is also more and more fierce. State-owned enterprises play an important supporting role in the development of the socialist market economy in our country. They effectively ease the pressure brought about by social employment and maintain the stability of our society. The competition among enterprises is also the competition of human resources. To improve the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, we must improve the ability of human resources management. This article briefly analyzes the current situation of human resource management in state-owned enterprises and the impact of modern human resource management on state-owned enterprises.
