这些年,为了做好班主任工作,我巧用对联进行教育教学,极大地丰富了班主任的工作内涵,也拓展了教育教学艺术。一、运用对联,拓展班级管理新空间对联是中华民族传统文化的精粹,也是人人皆知的一种艺术表现形式。作为一种深入人心、脍炙人口、通俗易懂的文化艺术形式,其直观、形象、押韵、富于哲理的特点很适合学生的口味,也有利于激发学生学习的情趣。在教育教学实践中,大胆运用对联形式进行教育教学,既有利于调动学生的情绪,也容易让学生在班级管理的过程中感受到中华文化的博大精深。
