本学年参加了省课题银都小学的“师生关系课题小组”的研究。在美术教学中不断地学习相关理论知识,再结合实际,继续探索怎样和谐师生关系,提高学习效率。在一年的教学中总结了一点经验。认为和学生建立良好的师生关系,就要真正地去了解孩子的心理需要,关注孩子的心理,加强学生的心理教育,而最能直接反映学生心理的是他们用心画出的每一幅画。
This school year participated in the provincial project Silver Primary School “teacher-student relationship subject group ” research.
