Traditionally, tools related to the construction of the house itself do not usually point to environmental regulation and the resulting equipment and facilities. The technological advances in the field of the environment reinforce this separation. Questioned the split between the two and tried to explore the possibility of integration between them through the body perspective by distinguishing and interpreting the concepts of tools and environmental regulation. At the same time, it analyzes the historical starting point and possible path of entering this subject, and suggests that construction can serve as an intermediary to control tools and environment and present its theoretical significance and realistic possibility.
