我国从2003年开始推行社区矫正制度,该制度作为法律的一项重要补充方式,对犯罪较轻的人员具有较好的教化功能,可以帮助他们重塑信心,找到自己的社会定位,更好的完善自我。与此同时,社区矫正也更符合中国的国情,与刑罚的轻刑化处理有紧密的关系。现如今我国很多省市都在积极开展社区矫正,希望借助科学的方法对人们实施教育,并且取得了一定的成果。但是我国少数民族地区较多且分散,由于宣传力度不够,又没有构建起一支高素质的矫正队伍,导致很多少数民族群众对社区矫正认识不足,重视不够,社区矫正制度没有发挥出应有的功效。这不仅不利于国家的和谐发展,还会导致民族之间的差异加大。鉴于此,我国少数民族地区必须加深对社区矫正的认识,积极做好社区矫正宣传和完善社区矫正制度,从而降低少数民族人民的犯罪几率,促进地区更好的发展。 Since 2003, our country has implemented the system of community correction.
