随着我国改革开放进一步深入和外资企业的大量涌入,国有企业人才流失现象愈演愈烈,已经从侧面反映出国有企业在人力资源管理方面存在着严重的问题。本文通过对我国国有企业人力资源现状的研究,提出了我国国有企业人力资源管理的不足,分析其产生的原因,指出了改善我国国有企业人力资源管理的一系列对策和建议。
With the further deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the influx of foreign-funded enterprises, the phenomenon of brain drain in state-owned enterprises has become increasingly fierce. It has already reflected from the side that there are serious problems in the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises. Based on the study of the current situation of human resources in state-owned enterprises of our country, this paper puts forward the shortages of human resources management of state-owned enterprises in our country, analyzes its causes and points out a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the human resources management of state-owned enterprises in our country.
