本文报告一例由于口服降压药而引起的脑梗塞。病例摘要赵××,男性、56岁、汉族,离休干部,左利手。1986年5月12日因“右肢体活动失灵2天”入院。十年前起血压不稳定,有时达230/110mmHg,未曾系统治疗。入院前一周血压230/110mmHg,口服复方降压片1片一天三次,增至2片一天三次,当服2次后患者感到头晕而卧床休息。夜间家人发现其口歪流涎,语言不清,右肢体无力,第二天出现失语伴右肢体全瘫。头部CT发现左侧颞顶部大片低密度区,诊断脑梗塞。查体:意识混浊
This article reports a case of cerebral infarction caused by oral antihypertensive drugs. Case Summary Zhao × ×, male, 56 years old, Han nationality, retired cadres, left hand. May 12, 1986 due to “right limb activity failure 2 days” admission. Blood pressure instability ten years ago, sometimes up to 230 / 110mmHg, no systematic treatment. One week before admission blood pressure 230 / 110mmHg, oral compound antihypertensive tablets 1 three times a day, increased to 2 tablets three times a day, when served 2 times the patient felt dizzy and bed rest. At night the family found its mouth crooked, unclear language, right limb weakness, the second day of aphasia with right limb paralysis.
