人力资源逐渐构架了一家企业的发展,随着社会经济的高速发展,人才作为人力资源的基础单位要求也逐渐提升。高素质、复合型的、开创型的人才日益成为建筑施工企业发展的动力,如何在新形势下加强人力资源管理将对企业的发展有着深刻的影响。WFS公司是一家国有大型综合性建筑企业下属子公司,曾经取得过辉煌的业绩,但由于各种原因,发展速度已大不如前。为了适应公司的发展和市场经济所需,WFS公司在分析企业现有人力资源情况的基础上,制定企业人力资源规划,逐步建立一套科学、系统的人力资源管理体系。
