塔河油田超稠油区块受油稠、原油粘温拐点深、下泵深、掺稀混配效果差等因素影响,在机械举升过程中普遍存在异常故障率高、检泵周期短、掺稀比高等问题。本文通过在泵下加长尾管,将掺入点下移至粘温拐点深度以下,同时增长混合油的混合距离,使稀油和稠油混合得更均匀,解决稠油入泵难的问题,达到了节约稀油的效果。现场试验表明:前后不同生产方式应用尾管悬挂装置后效果不同,粘温拐点深度决定尾管下深。
