The change process has to go through a series of phases, and it takes a long time to complete all the phases. Trying to skip some of these phases will only create the illusion of rapid change and will not produce satisfactory results. Over the past 10 years, I have studied more than 100 Companies trying to dramatically improve their competitiveness through change. These companies vary in their approach to change, such as total quality management (TQM), process reengineering, streamlining of institutions, restructuring, cultural change and turnaround. However, in any case, the purpose of initiating change is the same. That is to make fundamental adjustments to the business operation mode so as to meet the challenges posed by the new market environment. From the success stories, we come to a common law: the change process must go through a series of phases, and it takes a long time to complete all the phases. Trying to skip some of these phases will only create the illusion of rapid change and will not produce Satisfactory result. The second law also has universal significance: committing serious mistakes at any stage of change can have catastrophic consequences, delaying the process of change,
