核心竞争力是企业内部一系列技能和知识的结合体,它能为顾客创造重要价值,能为企业提供持续竞争优势,并且具有延展性。旅行社企业为了满足旅游消费需求,获取持续的竞争优势以及实现彼此之间的良性竞争,必须要培育自身的核心竞争力。文章在借鉴国内外有关企业核心竞争力的理论研究成果的基础上,结合旅行社企业经营的特殊性,分析了旅行社企业构建核心竞争力的制约因素,并据此提出了旅行社企业培育核心竞争力的主要途径。
Core Competence is the combination of a range of skills and knowledge within an organization that creates significant value for customers, provides businesses with a sustainable competitive advantage, and is scalable. In order to meet the demand of tourism consumption, gain the sustainable competitive advantage and realize the healthy competition among them, the travel agency enterprises must cultivate their own core competitiveness. Based on the theoretical research results of the core competitiveness of enterprises at home and abroad, combining with the particularity of the business management of travel agencies, the article analyzes the restrictive factors of the core competitiveness of the travel agencies and proposes that the travel agencies should cultivate their core competence main method.
