研究了炭纤维长度、填充量及表面处理条件对炭纤维/ABS树脂复合材料导电性的影响以及材料导电性同环境温度的相关性。结果表明复合材料的电阻率随着纤维填加量的增多而降低。纤维长度越长,复合材料导电性越好。纤维表面处理后,复合材料电阻率增大,相同纤维填充量下,表面处理时间越长,材料电阻率越大。温度对复合材料电阻率的影响随纤维填加量的增多而减少。而且,纤维表面状态的改变对复合材料的电阻率-温度关系有较大影响。
The effects of carbon fiber length, filling amount and surface treatment on the electrical conductivity of carbon fiber / ABS resin composites were studied, and the correlation between material conductivity and ambient temperature was also studied. The results show that the resistivity of the composites decreases with the increase of fiber loading. The longer the fiber length, the better the conductivity of the composite material. After the fiber surface treatment, the electrical resistivity of the composite increases, the same fiber loading, the longer the surface treatment time, the greater the material resistivity. The effect of temperature on the resistivity of the composites decreases with the increase of fiber loading. Moreover, the change of the fiber surface state has a great influence on the resistivity-temperature relationship of the composites.
