当胃手术损伤了胃与幽门的正常功能后,胃肠道生理可发生严重的变化。大多数病人(约75％)对于这种变化有足够的潜力进行调正而不致发展成各种胃切除术后综合征。只有在胃手术后出现症状而影响正常生活时才可诊断为胃切除术后综合征。下面将对较常见的胃切除术后综合征及其外科补救性手术进行讨论。
When gastric surgery damages the normal function of the stomach and pylorus, gastrointestinal physiology can undergo serious changes. Most patients (about 75%) have enough potential for this change to be adjusted without developing various postgastrectomy syndromes. Postgastrectomy syndrome can only be diagnosed when symptoms appear after gastric surgery and affect normal life. The more common post-gastrectomy syndrome and its surgical remedial surgery will be discussed below.
