当前的员工定性指标考核方法主要是凭借考核者的主观印象进行考核,导致考核结果容易出现偏差,有失公平.针对人为考核方法的主观随意性,结合当下移动办公模式快速发展的背景,提出一种基于移动办公的员工定性指标定量化考核方法,该方法用移动办公系统中的客观数据来反映员工定性指标的完成情况,实现员工定性指标可定量化考核的目的,并重点研究了该方法的构建过程,给出了无量纲化、灰色关联分析和确定权重系数的数据处理方法.实例分析表明了该方法构建的可行性和应用结果的有效性.
At present, the assessment methods of qualitative indicators of employees mainly rely on the assessment of the subjective impression of examiners, which leads to the deviation and unfairness of assessment results.According to the subjective and arbitrary nature of human assessment methods and the background of the current rapid development of mobile office modes, This method uses the objective data in the mobile office system to reflect the accomplishment of qualitative indicators of employees and achieve the purpose of quantitative assessment of the qualitative indicators of employees and focuses on the method of quantitative evaluation of employees’ The data processing methods of non-dimensional, gray relational analysis and weight coefficient determination are given.The case study shows the feasibility of the method and the validity of the application results.
