文章较详细地介绍了一项小型砂处理线的设计布局，工艺流程，混砂控制单元和砂处理的控制系统。在与传统的砂处理线进行比较的基础上，总结了设计中的一些特点。介绍了该线的实际使用情况和改进情况，并认真总结了设计中成功的经验，提出了设计中的不足之处。根据工厂砂处理线的运行情况，提出了简化新砂处理系统、取消旧砂中间储存环节、使用鳞板机运送热砂达到冷却目的，旧砂破碎前，型砂混砂出砂后设置调匀斗，给料尽量使用圆盘给料机等观点。并给出了小型砂处理线中一套完整的砂处理工艺流程图。
The paper introduces in detail a design and layout of small sand treatment line, process flow, sand control unit and sand control system. Based on the comparison with the traditional sand treatment line, some characteristics of the design are summarized.
