植物雄性不育是利用植物杂种优势的一种重要手段,对植物雄性不育的研究既具有重要理论意义也具有重大的实践价值。随着基因工程技术的快速发展,采用基因工程技术选育雄性不育系变得更加便捷、经济和有效。综述了植物隐性核雄性不育基因及其育性恢复基因的研究进展,介绍了种子生产技术(SPT)体系并列举了与此相关的基因与启动子,分析了各自的优缺点,并对SPT技术的实际应用前景进行了展望。
Plant male sterility is an important means to take advantage of plant heterosis. The research on plant male sterility has important theoretical significance and great practical value. With the rapid development of genetic engineering technology, breeding male sterile lines by genetic engineering technology has become more convenient, economical and effective. This review summarizes the research progress of plant recessive nuclear male sterile gene and its fertility restorer gene, introduced the seed production technology (SPT) system and enumerated the related genes and promoters, analyzed their respective advantages and disadvantages, The actual application prospect of SPT technology is prospected.
