本文系作者(国家劳动部政策法规司副司长)随以邹瑜为团长的中国代表团出席亚太法协第三届劳动法国际研讨会,系其会上的发言稿。这篇论文曾受到与会的国际朋友的好评。时下,我国境内的三资企业”不断增加,国内外朋友都在关注这方面的劳动人事、工资分配、社会保障等事宜。本文言简意赅地阐明了我国“三资企业”中外双方在职业地位保障方面的一系列法律、法规落实情况,有助于国际朋友了解中国。
