热处理作为金属材料加工制造过程中的关键工序,其质量优劣关系重大。然而,由于受一些因素的影响,使得金属材料热处理时,常常会出现变形,这在一定程度上影响了工件的质量。为此,有必要对热处理变形的主要影响因素进行分析,并采取合理可行的方法和措施对变形问题加以控制。基于此点,本文首先简要分析了金属材料热处理变形的主要影响因素,在此基础上对控制金属材料热处理变形的有效途径进行论述。
Heat treatment as a metal material processing and manufacturing process of the key processes, its quality is of great significance. However, due to the influence of some factors, the deformation of the metal material often occurs during the heat treatment, which affects the quality of the workpiece to a certain extent. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the main influencing factors of heat treatment deformation and to take reasonable and feasible methods and measures to control the deformation problem. Based on this point, this paper briefly analyzes the main factors that affect the deformation of the metal material during heat treatment, and then discusses the effective ways to control the deformation of the metal material during the heat treatment.
