目的建立蔬菜膳食样品中97种农药残留的气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱联用测定分析方法。方法样品经乙腈提取后,用离线GPC和SPE净化,浓缩适宜倍数后,用GC-MS/MS进行测定。结果该方法的平均回收率为54.3%~128.7%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~24.3%,方法检测限为0.07~0.31μg/kg,方法定量限为1.0μg/kg。结论该方法适用于蔬菜膳食样品中多种农药残留的分析以及相关膳食人体健康的风险监测研究。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 97 pesticide residues in vegetables by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Methods After the sample was extracted with acetonitrile, it was purified by off-line GPC and SPE. After the suitable concentration was concentrated, it was determined by GC-MS / MS. Results The average recovery was 54.3% ~ 128.7%. The relative standard deviation was 1.0% ~ 24.3%. The detection limit was 0.07 ~ 0.31μg / kg. The limit of quantification was 1.0μg / kg. Conclusion This method is suitable for the analysis of various pesticide residues in vegetable meal samples and the risk monitoring of dietary health.
